Road to creation my contribution

on the 26th November i stayed in media around 2 - 3 hours and edited and started to put together the narrative scene i added effects and colour correction so that the music video looked more cowboy like. 

i also started to add the multi clip in and done testers of different clips

Keeping contact

To keep in contact with the band and the actors i thought it would be a good idea to set up a facebook page and do group inbox so we can have discussions  and contact each other easier.

Digi pack ideas research

So looking at different bands and there digi pack i have come across that they use a constant type theme on there website and digi pack so am image is shown about the band.
As our band are not western we will have to think of different themes as we do not want to come across as a western band. I researched different bands digi pack such as vampire weekend, and realised a very basic idea or picture has been edited to show the full image of the band. As our band is more gritty i looked at slimier style of bands that influence us. Looking at these give me a variation of ideas that will allow me to explore more for our digi pack

Costumes

 I chose the costumes for the band

I chose this type of clothing as they are simple and more band like and would be easier for our band to match and look the same wit their own twist. Using the denim shows more attitude and grit with the leather jacket to top it off  than a suit, which is more slick.  Looking at other bands slimier to ours i can see that most are in jeans simple clothing. We are trying to show a casual band that is appreciable and stylish. This fits in with the world of music we are attempting as cowboys wear the denim look and gritty style  however as we are mixing it in with the 21 century this look is great as it isn't wild and everybody can suit the style.

Inspiration for website and banner

This inspirational images that will help us to create out website background and banner. i can clearly see that we should maintain with the theme of cowboy colours, very natural light but orange, harsh and gritty.
